• For initial intake assessment, call Royal Oaks Admission staff at

• Depending on pre-authorization requirements, our Admissions Staff will contact you as soon as possible (generally within 30-45 minutes) to advise you of admission status.
• Case managers or clinical staff will make initial contact within 48 hours of admit. (Any special requests need to be given at this time.)
• Case managers will be the liaison between you and the treatment team (If you want to speak with the therapists or doctors, please make your request known for scheduling).
• Case managers will keep you updated on the progress of your client (at least once a week).
• Discharge summaries are available upon request.
• As always, our Community Relations staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Transportation can be provided for you by our Transportation staff.
